Support
Questions, a wrong time, something that doesn't work: emailsupport@thewatchlyst.app. Tell us what you saw and, if it's about a show, movie or game, its name and when it was meant to start.
I didn't get a reminder
Reminders are notifications, so they need notifications turned on for Watchlyst in your iPhone's Settings › Notifications. Each item keeps the reminders it was added with; you choose the defaults for new items in You › Default Reminders, where you can also update the items already on your calendar. Reminders come from our server, so your iPhone needs a connection to receive them.
A time is wrong
Episode, movie and game times come from TMDB, TheSportsDB and the networks' and services' published schedules. When a time changes, Watchlyst moves it on your calendar, moves its reminders and tells you. Sources can still be late or wrong; when you see one, email us and we'll look at it. An episode without a known time is shown on its date only.
Watchlyst Premium
Premium adds widgets, Live Now, adding a whole season in one tap, more than one watch plan at a time, and Where to Watch. It's a subscription through the App Store.
- Cancel in your iPhone's Settings › Apple ID › Subscriptions. You keep Premium until the end of the period you paid for.
- Restore a subscription on a new iPhone in You › Watchlyst Premium › Restore Purchases.
- Refunds are handled by Apple: ask atreportaproblem.apple.com.
Your iPhone's calendar
Turn on You › Phone Calendar and Watchlyst writes what's on your Watchlyst calendar to a calendar named “Watchlyst” on your iPhone, and keeps it up to date when times change. It doesn't read your other calendars.
Live Now
Live Now puts a start on your Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island from 30 minutes before it until 15 minutes after it ends: a countdown, then “On now”. No scores, nothing live. It's part of Premium and is switched on or off in You › Default Reminders.
Delete your account
In the app, go to You › Delete Account. It deletes your account and everything in it. It doesn't cancel an App Store subscription; cancel that in Settings › Apple ID › Subscriptions. More in thePrivacy Policy.
